Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luretrace (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized Use Only

Luretrace sensors and the console platform may only be deployed on networks, systems, and infrastructure that you own or for which you have obtained explicit written authorization from the owner. You are solely responsible for ensuring your deployment complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030)
  • The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq.)
  • The EU Network and Information Security (NIS2) Directive
  • Applicable state privacy and computer crime laws

4. Data Collected by Sensors

Honeypot sensors deployed via Luretrace are designed to capture data from unauthorized access attempts. Captured data — including IP addresses, credentials, payloads, and malware samples — is transmitted to the Luretrace console for analysis. You agree to use this data solely for defensive security purposes.

5. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LURETRACE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT ALL THREATS, PREVENT BREACHES, OR PROVIDE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE THREAT INTELLIGENCE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LURETRACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Modifications

Luretrace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
